Compression, tension and torsion springs
We can make compression, tension and torsion springs from round wire from .02 mm up to 11.20 mm thickness from stainless, hard black and galvanised steel depending on customer need.
Wire form springs
Our wire form springs are made from flat stainless steel up to .09 mm thickness.
Our extensive range of machinery and equipment gives us the capability to make all kinds of springs for all kinds of uses, so just ask us for what you need.
Tools and machinery we use
We use no less than three spring coiling machines (the main one being a Carlson), an oven (no, not for lunch, for baking the springs where required) along with cutters, a guillotine, a bender and folder not forgetting the lathe, press and welder.
